Digital Copywriter for luxxee™
Vancouver, Canada, or remote (+/- 3 hrs PST)



We’re looking for a seasoned digital copywriter to write engaging copy that drives conversions and helps to establish our product (luxxee™) as “the” authoritative resource for luxury watches. The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, experience creating a variety of pillar and topic content for e-commerce sites and social media, and experience working with SEO. You will work with the content lead and SEO/SEM specialist to create compelling, user-centred content for the website and social media channels. You don’t have to be a luxury watch expert, but experience with luxury watches or brands would be a definite plus.


luxxee™ is a new online destination where luxury watch aficionados can learn about and buy luxury watches at competitive prices. Our aim is to demystify the luxury watch industry and put power in the hands of buyers. With a retail search platform at its core, our product is bolstered by a rich and dynamic repository of watch-specific content. POWERSHiFTER is hiring on luxxee™'s behalf. Position Overview

What you’ll do here:

  • Develop copy templates for web and social media content
  • Write product pages, blogs, editorial and other content for pillar and topic web pages based on the content strategy
  • Write copy for Instagram and other social media channels defined in the content strategy
  • Translate SEO findings into effective conversion copy that satisfies both target audiences and search engines
  • Develop expertise in specific brands, to help our product establish itself as a credible, go-to resource for luxury watch shoppers
  • Collaborate with designers to conceptualize imagery, infographics and other illustrations to support the visual packaging of content
  • Collaborate with content lead and other team members to develop editorial calendar
  • Pitch ideas for subtopic content that will support the content strategy/SEO goals

Required Skills

If you have the following, we would love to hear from you:

  • A strong writing portfolio
  • A track record of delivering clean, user-centred B2C copy, preferably supported by metrics
  • 3+ years’ experience as an online copywriter, content strategist, or other related role
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Experience working with an enterprise-level CMS
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in writing, communications, or related field
